What Is a Pace Calculator?

How Is Running or Walking Pace Calculated?

Understanding Projected Finish Times

However, simply multiplying your current pace should not be treated as a race-performance prediction. A pace you can hold for 5 kilometers may be impossible to maintain for a marathon.
